As an Administrative Assistant for our Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to support the day-to-day operations, including assisting with contract reviews and supporting event coordination. What You Will Accomplish Here…

This is a fast-paced, dynamic position and an ideal fit for someone who thrives on wearing many hats to assist with all aspects of the team’s operations. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with internal and external Marketing team members and utilize problem-solving skills to support cross-functional operations and drive efficiency.

 

This position will focus on the following: 

  • Enters data in marketing platforms for the purpose of tracking information.
  • Prepare and processes marketing documents, such as contracts, correspondence, and memoranda.
  • Manages relationships with global external resources and vendors.
  • Scans and maintains records of use for the Company’s marks, including logos, text, and other patent protected material.
  • Runs and distributes accurate reports by required deadlines.
  • Assists with completing expense reports.
  • Assists the front desk reception, as needed.
  • Completes scanning, filing and data entry, as necessary.
  • Completes special projects, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • A minimum of 1 years of previous experience in a related position is required;

An undergraduate degree in a related field may be considered instead of experience qualifications. 

  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Las Vegas, NV office.

Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $22.35 h/r ($46,500/yr)

Travel: Minimal to no travel is expected for this position.
