Product Specialist - Temp
Position Objective
The Product Specialist Temp will assist PS team including but not limited to the below areas.
Major Areas of Accountability
Act as a critical liaison to multiple internal departments, cross-functional representatives, and key external contacts/decision makers.
Daily tasks including but not limited to: tracking order receiving data, updating contract price and volume summaries, facilitating on-time shipments, monitoring daily production status, and maintaining various reports.
Export job functions related to SIP invoicing, updating monthly price list and related paperwork, rebate setup and issuance, and price adjustments.
Qualifications
Four (4) year college degree required
1-2 years’ experience in a related field is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent reading comprehension
Detail oriented
Must have good problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent team player
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
