Formosa Plastics is a privately held company headquartered in Livingston, New Jersey. Our core business, producing plastic resins and petrochemicals, takes place at three wholly-owned chemical manufacturing subsidiaries located in Delaware City, Delaware, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Point Comfort, Texas.

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
To assist conductor in rail switching

II. QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Valid Driver’s License

III. TRAINING
Regulations training available after hire.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Read and understand switch lists.
2. Operate yard and track switches.
3. Inspect rail cars for damage
4. Perform air brake test.
5. Insure safety of switching operations.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, ISO,
personnel, quality, environmental, health, safety, regulatory and company
requirements.
7. Work outside normal shift hours as needed.
8. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
9. Comply with NTG (Nothing Touching the Ground) requirements. Including daily
audits.
10. Be active in Operation Clean Sweep, and ensure employees are aware of and
accountable for pellet loss prevention, containment, cleanup and disposal.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
