WORKING EXPERIENCE: At least one years' experience working in a clerical or administrative role.
EDUCATION:
High school
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Maintain training files, Log sheet, EHS document and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
2) Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
3) Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
4) Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
5) Build daily environmental package and check for discrepancies.
6) Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and order it when there are shortages.
7) Create, review and process vendor T&Ms to authorize work activities, purchases, rentals and final payment for services.
8) Learn AutoCAD to assist blind list and drawing. Create and revise blind list and P&ID blind list drawings.
9) Housekeeping check weekly. Create a Housekeeping plan and supervise the cleaning workers.
10) Assist management's assignment and shift supervisor jobs
WORKING HOURS:
Work would be at the plant site and a normal work week would be Monday thru Friday, eight (8) hours per day (07:00 – 15:30). The Clerk does not normally require work beyond scheduled work hours, but when required the Clerk would be normally expected to work the additional
