| GENERAL SUMMARY OF THE JOB |
| Write two to three sentences outlining the general purpose and significant responsibilities of the job: |
| Sets up and operates multi-operation headers, performs daily operations on header machines such as National, Bliss, Waterbury ,HiPro, and Jernyo |
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | |
List in order of importance the principal duties and responsibilities of the job: | |
1.Reviews work order to determine set up, tooling and specifications of parts. 2.Prepares and aligns raw material for production run. 3.Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing dies.
4.Regulate machine by setting and adjusting controls.
5.Maintain specifications by observing operations and checking for malfunctions while inspecting the parts.
6.Observe operation of production run and make adjustments to ensure pieces meet all specifications.
7.Set Heat on machine heaters.
8.Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
