Maintenance Coordinator

Scope of the Position
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for day to day planning and coordination for all Maintenance related activities including scheduling and tracking work orders.
Responsibilities
• Work with all departments to ensure maintenance processes will assist with meeting Company’s goals.
• Maintain department processes and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Work in Maximo to create, track and assign work requests, work orders and PM completions ensuring compliance.
• Works to ensure close coordination between EHS, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure the right work is planned and scheduled to minimize future breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Clear Exceptions and schedule in Dayforce on attendance, late, vacations, and call-offs
• Pull reports for KPI’s as required.
• Generate purchase order requests.
• Assist in the training of Maintenance monitoring software.
Qualifications
• Planning and scheduling experience
• Proficiency with database applications and administration systems.
• Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize tasks.
• Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual.
• Good presentation skills.
• Analytical
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Detail oriented.
