6 Months to one year contract :
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive document administrator to support our production team in Aurora Plant in Ontario.
The individual will manage administrative tasks and ensure proper documentations are completed and effectively managed.
The position interacts with our inventory / warehouse teams and quality assurance which required strong communication skills and attention to details
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and review documentation generated from production runs. Assure all documentation is completed as required.
- Support production director to provide feedback to operators and personnel on opportunities observed during record review.
- Support production director to provide training to operations personnel in regard to production documentation completeness.
- Keep production folders neat and organized throughout shelf life of product and beyond.
- Generate production reports and yield reports based on consumption of materials
- Ensure that production documentation is matching automated inventory system
- Resolving inventory adjustment in case any deviation is identified.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience :
- Education : Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience working as document administrator or relevant work experience.
- Proficient in microsoft excel and intermediate computer skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and continuous improvement mindset
- Attention to detail and team player
- Effective communicator
- The job is 100% in Aurora Plant. Applicant must be able to commute to Aurora
Salary : $48000 to $50000 per annum
