What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Complies with good manufacturing practices.
  • Monitors and fixes faults as well as clearing any material jams in equipment.
  • Conducts required quality checks and documentation.
  • Maintains clean area around equipment.
  • Maintains communication within the production team ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.
  • Monitors raw materials, supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Record and document downtime events.
  • Ensure adequate supply of packaging materials and communicate resource requirements for replenishment.
  • Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging and when to shut down as required.
  • Help coordinating the communication between palletizing and filler operations.
  • Other duties as required

 

- We work 24/7 - 12 hours shift 3.5 days a week (full-time) 

     
Night Shift Team B : Mon to Thurs 7:00pm to 7:30am
Morning Shift Team C :  Thurs to Sunday 7am to 7:30pm
Night Shift Team D : Thus to Sunday 7pm to 7:30am 
*Thursdays : 6 hours shifts

*Total of 42 hours per week 
 
 

Benefits and Wage : 

Starting $20/h based on experience

Your qualifications

  • Ability to commute to Aurora Plant everyday (Please do NOT apply if you cannot commute to Aurora)
  • Candidate MUST hold work permit or PR and can work 42 hours a week. (This is a full time and not part time job)
  • High school diploma is required and good command of English language
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing plant running filler or downstream machines and batching.
  • Food and Beverage experience and familiar with GMP process
  • Availability for the full shift timing and ability to cover other shifts as needed
  • Able to fully commit to the shift timings.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn 
  • Commitment to timing and shift schedule
