Compensation

  • Base: $85,000 - $115,000
  • Bonus: 10% Target Bonus
  • Total Compensation (Base + Bonus):  The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $85,000 - $130,525 per year

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in customizations & configurations to join our CRM team. As a Microsoft Dynamics developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing, configuring, & optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) platform to meet the unique business requirements of our team. You will work closely with the CRM project team, end-users, and stakeholders to understand their needs and implement effective solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform configuration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics, including but not limited to entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system configuration.
  • Assist with managing Microsoft Dynamics solutions and perform deployment related activities.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals, to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
  • Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
  • Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or 4 years of experience working in the field.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Must demonstrate ability to successfully interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
  • High level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
  • Comfortable working with multiple projects of data and diligence when managing detail.
  • Time management and ability to complete work under tight deadlines
