Compensation
- Base: $75,000 - $95,000 / Annual
- Bonus: 10% Target Bonus
- Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $75,000 - $107,825.
Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns. This role will be key in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in email marketing while also being well-versed in broader digital marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and drip campaigns.
- Create engaging email content that resonates with target audiences, increasing engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and manage segmented email lists to personalize content and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Campaign Development & Optimization:
- Lead the development of integrated digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on email as a core channel.
- Conduct A/B testing of email elements (subject lines, content, CTA, design) and optimize based on performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with wider marketing strategies.
- Email Automation & CRM:
- Strong knowledge of and ability to leverage email automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Emarsys, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to create workflows that nurture leads and engage customers.
- Build and manage automated email sequences, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement, and post-purchase emails.
- Cross-Channel Digital Marketing Integration:
- Work alongside social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising teams to integrate email marketing into multi-channel strategies.
- Help build and refine customer journeys that include email, web, social media, and other touchpoints, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and bounce rates, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on digital marketing performance, specifically for email and its contribution to broader campaign goals.
- Monitor and refine email list health, ensuring effective segmentation and data cleanliness.
- Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop email copy that reflects the brand's voice and engages recipients.
- Work with designers to create visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and responsive email templates that align with the brand’s aesthetics.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and email marketing best practices.
- Test new tactics and technologies to enhance email marketing performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a primary focus on email marketing/automations.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, paid media, and SEO. Preferred
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess email campaign performance and use data to refine strategies.
