Principal Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are hiring a highly skilled Principal Engineer with a passion for creating innovative software solutions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in Java programming and modern technologies to design, develop, and maintain robust applications. You will be responsible for delivering key modules, participating in requirements reviews, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Create API’s as per REST specifications
• Participate in requirements review
• End to End delivery of key modules Write clean, scalable code using Java 21 programming language
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software using industry standard principals of constant refactoring
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
• Design and implement multi-tier software using the latest technologies, such as Java, React, MFE, Mongo, Event Hubs
• Be part of a fast-paced team providing IT solutions to Eptura business clients.
• Performance optimization and live site monitoring
• Mentoring team members
• Ideas and implementation in engineering hackathon’s

About you:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Java Developer. 
• Experience with the MFE Framework and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience in React.
• Experienced in DevOps practices, such as Continuous Delivery.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Azure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Hands on experience in CI/CD
