EnviroServe is looking for a Procurement Manager responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation processes for the organization. This position ensures that procurement activities are aligned with the company’s goals for cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The Procurement Manager will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders to drive procurement excellence.

Procurement Project Manager Duties:

· Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing options.

· Analyze market trends to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and manage risks effectively.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

· Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on quality, cost, and service delivery timelines.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome.

· Identify new suppliers and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

· Oversee the procurement process from requisition to supplier payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and generate reports to monitor procurement performance.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all activities.

· Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, such as supplier dependencies or market fluctuations.

· Track contract renewals, extensions, and modifications.

 

Requirements And Skills:

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, finance, or related field.

· 5-7- years of experience in purchasing and contract management.

· Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in supplier management and cost reduction.

· Knowledge of purchasing procedures, project and supply chain management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier relationships.

· Familiarity with procurement software and systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
