Lead Material Handler

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Material Handler at our Orlando FL, facility.

The successful applicant will identify and locate parts, then move them to the required areas using forklift truck and/or cranes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Identify and locate parts.
2. Move material to and from storage areas.
3. Read/analyze work order data.
4. Supply production employees with material.
5. Record labor accurately on work order and timecards.
6. Perform Quality Audit process.
7. Operate material handling equipment.
8. Clean and maintain work area on daily basis.
9. Perform routine preventative maintenance.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Machines, Tools, and equipment used:

Successful applicant will also use the following tools and equipment to complete their assigned tasks: material handling equipment, bander and cutter, spud wrenches.

Education & Skill Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read both metric and imperial dimensions accurately on tape.

Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
