Warehouse Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team and ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Essential Functions:
•    Keeps warehouse clean at all times.
•    Pulls, merchandise, and packs inventory items after the supervisor checks it.
•    Delivers customer orders as instructed and places merchandise where customer requests, where and when reasonable.
•    Collects company monies from customers where orders are COD; ensure correct amounts and cheques are properly filled out.
•    Reconciles orders delivered with signed invoices returned and any undelivered items.
•    Cleans and rotates stocks in the warehouse as required.
•    Assists walk-in customers with orders.
•    Loads and unloads trailers when assigned.  
•    Participates in inventory counts.
•    Keeps assigned vehicles clean and maintains basic maintenance checks.
•    Informs fleet coordinators immediately if there is any vehicle damage or mechanical issues. 

Required Education and Experience:
•    Valid BVI Driver’s License 
•    Minimally, one year of experience
•    Minimum high school education or equivalent.
•    Ability to drive safely.
•    Previous experience working in a warehouse and operating forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
•    Must be neatly groomed, with appropriate attire for appearance and safety.
•    Provides great customer service to external and internal customers, i.e., must be honest, polite, courteous, and helpful.

Physical Requirements:
•    Physical demands include sitting, bending, listening, reaching, seeing, standing, walking, and lifting. These skills need to be performed daily.
•    Equipment used in the job includes a truck, hand truck, and forklift.
•    Very heavy lifting of up to 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing 50 or more pounds
