Chromalloy is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa for our industrial gas turbine solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell directly to allocated countries for both transactional and contractual business, ensuring integrity and transparency in all dealings.
  • Establish country targets in accordance with Budget and SLRP processes, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Set clear sales targets for each country for all Energy Products, driven by a passion for excellence.
  • Develop innovative routes to market within all counties in the region, such as agency agreements, to enhance customer focus.
  • Support the sales activities for the “LM” Energy products as required, demonstrating pride in our offerings.
  • Negotiate high value, multi-year service agreements in conjunction with either the Commercial Director or the General Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a Global Aftermarket Sales Plan providing data for high value, multi-year agreements considering key components such as increasing overall sales volumes and maximizing CCP (Chromalloy Capital Parts) Field Service and Component Repairs volumes, driven by innovation and customer focus.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with heavy frame GE gas turbines or extensive experience working with industrial gas turbines.
  • Skills: Direct sales, customer relationship development and management, commercial management, and contract negotiation.
