Job Description

The Senior Inventory Analyst will support various inventory control related processes. The Senior Inventory Analyst will support the production floor’s needs, while reporting directly to the Production Planning Manager. 

This role is not available for new/future sponsorship or transfer of nonimmigrant work visas.

 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock levels in crib and satellite locations
  • Maintain an accurate list of externally supplied items and Chromalloy purchased items
  • Enter PO REQ’s into ERP system
  • Maintain rotable inventory
  • Maintain ERP system inventory accuracy
  • Support shop floor functions with inventory and other tasks as needed
  • Support Production Planning team as needed
  • Conduct cycle counts
  • Lead annual physical inventory events
  • Own and manage detail and consumable KANBAN levels
  • Participate in and development of inventory control processes and procedures
  • Support in CI initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an Inventory Control position within a lean manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Syteline and Epicor preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Capable of using information and reports to improve department processes, services, and efficiency

Minimum Physical Requirements

  • Minimum lift floor to waist – 25 pounds
  • Minimum lift waist to shoulder level – 25 pounds
  • Minimum pull – 40 pounds
