Position Summary 
Prepares site for daily work, performs all housekeeping and duties necessary for daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities 
•    Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
•    Control traffic passing near, in, and around work zones
•    Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools
•    Distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications
•    Hole watch, bottle watch, firewatch

Qualifications
•    1-year industrial construction/maintenance industry experience 
•    Be generally familiar with tools and safe work practices
•    Ability/willingness to work in confined spaces, experience preferred 
•    Ability/willingness to wear respirator

Physical Requirements
•    Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting (up to 50 lbs), Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions
•    Working in an outdoor environment in the elements – rain, cold, snow, wind, heat, etc.
