Warehouse Associate

Position Summeray:
This position will be responsible for all receipts to and shipments from the company. This individual will be required to receive material in a timely way within the system making sure all required documentation is present and the counts are accurate. This person will also be required to pick, pack and ship materials to external and internal customers while following all inventory processes and procedures with an emphasis on safety, quality and accuracy. In addition, the warehouse operator will be required to participate in physical inventory activities. This person will also be required to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products and materials to external and internal customers.
- Accurately perform repackaging, replenishment and decontamination activities
- Demonstrates the ability to research inaccuracies within the inventory.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of warehouse management and transport management systems.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently, and achieve a high level of work an accuracy
- Demonstrates a good level of domestic and international shipping knowledge and required documentation.
- Responsible to maintain records as required by the quality system
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
A little about yourself:
- MBO degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in warehouse environment
- Good written/verbal communication in English
- Great computer/data entry skills
- Great attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Maintains professional interactions with external and internal customers
- Ability to commute to primary place of work at AtriCure Distribution and Service Center.
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Import & Export knowledge
- Experience in the medical device field is a preference
