What Impact You Can Make  

 

  • Outline the stakeholders, processes and training required to develop a robust educational program that focuses on treating complex arrhythmias. 
  • Build training curriculum for HCP courses and content for presentation, create educational tools, and develop speakers and KOLs to deliver content. 
  • Lead, identify and develop HCP Society collaboration and training program endorsement (i.e. APACVS, AANP, HRS, STS, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with key cross functional departments and stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Clinical Science, Research & Technology, Legal/Compliance/Regulatory) to support training & education. 
  • Assist the AtriCure Field Representative in implementing ‘AF Best Practices’ 
  • Stay up to date on current clinical practice and data 
  • 60-80% travel 

 
What You Bring  

 

  • Bachelor’s and/or Advanced Degree in Health Science. i.e.…PA, NP, RN 
  • Project management experience  
  • 3+ years related marketing or sales within the cardiac device space 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions based  
  • Ability to work well within a team environment   
  • Ability to travel frequently (~50%) to champion projects with physicians and field sales organization 
  • Preferred: 

    • Experience interacting with sales management and physicians 
    • Collaborating with vendors/3rd party consultants  
    • Solid understanding and application of AdvaMed and other compliance regulations relative to physician education

For this position, the base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $145,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). You may also be entitled to receive bonus and commission, car allowance, benefits and more.
