Maintenance Supervisor

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all physical assets of the property
  • Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property
  • Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents
  • Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices
  • Maintain budget and work with 3rd party vendors

Your Track Record and Style

  • 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing
  • Management experience
  • Maintenance and safety certifications
  • CPO certification is favorable
  • EPA Universal certification required
  • Customer service focused
  • Driven individual
