Job Title: Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Accuris is a $500M+ ARR AI/SaaS business that is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager focused on managing the Marketing tech stack and analytics to support the marketing team in driving full-funnel growth. As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will optimize the systems and processes that power marketing campaigns, generate pipeline and directly accelerate revenue growth. The right person will spearhead initiatives to drive operational efficiency in our tech stack, processes and provide critical insights on Marketing performance. Your role will include strategy & planning, project management, system success, campaign tracking, as well as reporting and analytics on Marketing performance. This person will partner closely with the RevOps organization who owns reporting and operations within our SFDC environment. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Systems:
- Orchestrate workflows within and between key systems in the Marketing tech stack (Hubspot, SFDC, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, etc.)
- You’ll be the point person for all marketing campaign operations and new technology implementations, supporting customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- You will proactively ensure that everything in our MarTech stack is working as it should be, owning and maintaining the technology foundation that delivers an exceptional experience for our buyers and supports our marketing goals.
- Partner with Revops team on activities such as database hygiene and maintenance, enrichment, intent, etc.
- Monitor lead routing accuracy, key data points populating correctly, and ensuring lead recipients are following the prescribed processes.
- Experience in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability, matching, scoring, and routing.
- Drive experimental design and analysis around new marketing signals, incrementally testing, and evaluating vendors to support inbound and outbound efforts
- Proactively identify and execute business improvements across the Marketing organization
Data Insights, Reporting & Analysis:
- Be an expert on our marketing data. You will understand the intricacies of our ad platforms, website, campaigns, and the various programs we use and marry them together to produce a cohesive and actionable view into Marketing performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for website traffic, paid channels, digital performance, and other Marketing investments.
- Experience building both executive level and operational reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
- You will be obsessed with helping the GTM team make smarter data-driven decisions, consistently tracking, testing, and analyzing funnel data and campaign metrics in GA, Hubspot, SFDC and more to improve and optimize programs.
- Not only will you create reports and dashboards for Marketing programs and channels (paid search, paid social, display, webinars, events, content syndication, etc.), you will provide key trends and insights to the team.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Marketing team
- Track program results, measure success and report metrics to stakeholders across the business
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing Operations for B2B SaaS
- Deep expertise with a modern Growth Marketing tech stack, specifically with Google Analytics, 6Sense, Clay, Common Room, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Snowflake, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce

- You are able to drive ambiguous projects forward independently. You can break down problems into tasks for yourself and make small adjustments to priorities as necessary.

For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role will be between $110,000 - $125,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
