Day Habilitation - Direct Support Professional

Location: Northfield, New Jersey
Shift: Part Time As Needed- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (16 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication, and more
• Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings
• Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders
• Flexibly support service recipients in multiple locations across Ocean County

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Basic computer skills, including documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
