Location: Somerville, New Jersey
Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Some evenings/weekends – On Call)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites, ensuring compliance with licensing standards
• Manage the residential budget, staff schedules, and overtime
• Monitor fiscal, medical, and personal documentation for accuracy
• Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) development
• Prepare and submit monthly operational reports
• Ensure accurate documentation to meet consumers' needs (employment, recreational, emotional)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Health, or Human Services, OR
• A combination of 1+ years of college and related life/work experience totaling 4 years
• 1+ year experience in a mental health group home setting, AND 1+ year of management experience
• Proven leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with individuals with mental illness
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
• Knowledge of state/local regulations
