Job Title: Director, Product Management
Location: US, East Coast, Remote
Introduction:
Join Signant Health as a Director of Product Management and take the helm of steering our product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. This pivotal role focuses on formulating product strategy, crafting roadmaps, setting pricing, enhancing customer experience, and driving effective execution. Your leadership will ensure our products and services are competitive and successful in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive product strategies based on deep understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and internal capabilities. Drive the vision and strategic product plans, ensuring alignment with the broader company objectives.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D to translate market needs into actionable product features and timelines. Oversee the creation of detailed requirements and ensure the seamless execution of product development cycles.
- Operational Integration: Ensure new products align with operational capabilities and facilitate the introduction of new processes and competencies necessary for successful product launch.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Spearhead the development of marketing messages and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure readiness and optimal positioning of products in the market.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and owners, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
Decision Making & Influence:
- Play a crucial role in shaping company-wide product strategy and roadmap.
- Make key decisions on product features, positioning, and roadmap in collaboration with product management leadership.
- Lead product pilot programs and drive the product to general availability, ensuring market and sales readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Business; Advanced Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product management or related fields.
- Proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in project planning and execution.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience in managing complex products within a large portfolio.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and product management best practices.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
