Role Purpose

Data, Analytics, Reporting and Tools (DART) team is a core unit serving all of Global Operations with a mandate to enhance decision making by maximizing data analytics capabilities to transform information into insights and better outcomes. This data and analytics driven approach plays a pivotal role within Operations to enable how we deliver projects, confirming to our goals related to on-time, on-budget and with highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Under the direction of department and company leadership, implements and maintains a comprehensive suite of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor functional, departmental, customer, product and project level execution. Uses expertise in data visualization and analytics to develop dynamic online reports for monitoring and forecasting operational performance.

As part of our team, your Key Accountabilities:

• Define and deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, clients, and users, across the organization.
• Lead multiple projects across different functions, using various methodologies and tools, and manage the scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risks of the projects, and ensure alignment with the business objectives and vision.
• Design and create dynamic online reports using SQL, XML, MS Power BI, and/or Qlik Sense.
• Partner with other analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and subject matter experts, and provide coaching and feedback to improve their performance and skills.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to decipher complex data sets, transforming them into actionable insights that influence key business decisions and strategies.
• Deliver actionable and timely insights and recommendations across multiple business lines, products and channels within Global Operations to identify revenue enhancing and cost saving opportunities while ensuring relevant insights are being applied to evolve strategies.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations to present insights back to executive leaders / business partners to drive strategic improvement for various stakeholder audiences.
• Partner as needed with the technical development team in the design of the database and data structures to optimize reporting of data.
• Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters, and models.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, goal setting and overall performance management to direct reports and junior analysts in the team.

You’ll need to bring:-

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics related degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 to 10 years of Business Intelligence and Analytics with expertise in advanced SQL, Power BI.
• Skilled in using MS Office Tools – Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
• Preferably with understanding of Jira or ServiceNow or Salesforce/Financial Force and SDLC process, metrics and measures.
• Strong combination of technical, analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work under rapid timelines with changing priorities; remains calm under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at any one time.
• Will be required to make decisions on the best technical approach to implement communicated and/or documented requirements.
• Will use knowledge and skills to derive solutions that meet service delivery needs and expectations.
• Communicate ideas and viewpoints on various opportunities to the senior management.
