Role Purpose

This position will manage and develop a team that provides financial support to our project managers, across the globe. The Senior Manager will assist with reviewing overall performance, including scope, revenue, cost and other related matters.  They will act as a liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all activity and to proactively identify potential issues and action plans.

As part of our team, your Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and develop an analyst team to provide high-quality support to the operations team
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the methodologies used for project reporting to ensure the overall integrity of data from a centralized source and leveraging available technology (e.g. FinancialForce)
• Responsible for regular monitoring of financial performance (e.g. profitability, change orders, timelines for delivery and revenue recognition, etc.)
• Partner with all delivery team leaders to maximize performance with effective feedback loops to accounting and FP&A
• Responsible for the process and review of all projects at least quarterly (historical and future trends in revenue, costs and expenses performance)
• Provide leadership in the creation and implementation of reporting and communication of recommendations to management for appropriate actions.
• Capable of weighing risks and making decisions that align with Signant Health values and strategy
• Manage escalations effectively, with follow up and closure

You’ll need to bring:-

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a global environment and support teams geographically dispersed across US, Europe and Asia
• Advanced Excel and other business intelligence tools knowledge
• Strong background and understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
• Ability to influence decision making process through clear and robust presentation of related materials
• Prior experience leading a financial planning & analysis or similar team.

We would be thrilled if you bring in the below

• Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA or equivalent)
• Previous systems experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and / or data analytics software (e.g. OneStream)
• Previous experience working in a high-growth private equity backed organization
