Role Overview: The AI Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features of PMI Infinity to deliver maximum business value. This role involves close collaboration with the development team, stakeholders, and business SMEs to ensure the successful delivery of the product. The AI Product Owner will also manage the product backlog, facilitate iteration planning, and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Integrating into the Development Team:
●    Be available to the team and co-locate with them as much as possible.
●    Drive the team at a sustainable pace and help allocate capacity for enabling work.
●    Write and explain user stories to the team with "just in time" elaboration.
●    Walk the floor to identify issues, delays, and improvement opportunities.
●    Serve as a liaison with the business and business SMEs.
●    Participate in or observe team meetings, including iteration planning and review sessions.

●    Backlog Management:
●    Groom and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it is up-to-date and includes an appropriate number of features.
●    Align stakeholders regarding required product features and gain their acceptance of the delivered product.

●    Facilitation and Demonstration:
●    Prepare and facilitate iteration demonstrations to gather feedback from stakeholders on implemented functionality and future planned stories.
●    Ensure key stakeholders, the product manager, the product owner, and the whole team are available for demonstrations.

Skills and Requirements:

●    Educational Background:
●    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

●    Experience:
●    Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in AI or software development projects.
●    Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
●    Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.

●    Technical Skills:
●    Proficiency in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
●    Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
●    Ability to use project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

●    Soft Skills:
●    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
●    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
●    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
●    Strong organizational and time management skills.
