What You’ll Bring to the Role

You will support and guide new and existing channels, ensuring high quality of the training offerings they deliver, compliance with processes around participation in the Train the Trainer (TTT) program that is part of one of the channels. Ensuring the availability of quality offerings for those individuals who engage with channels.

 

  • BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of Corporate Learning & Development Experience
  • Corporate Education Administration – scheduling classes, registering class participants, collecting surveys
  • Instructional Design Experience – developing course materials
  • Experience developing and delivering a Train the Trainer program a plus
  • Familiarity with LMS technology
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
