Position Summary:
Oversees and is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Information
Security Management System of the local reporting unit and ensure compliance to the contractual and
regulatory security requirement.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Maintain registers of processing activities in One Trust GRC Platform
• Maintain tracker clients, vendors, and inter-company of data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Work with ISMS team and other business functions on the compliance and implementation of
Technical Organizational Measures of each DPA
• Conducts privacy and data protection impact assessments against business activity that involves
personal information
• Prepare, monitor and follow-up external and internal privacy related audits as well as preparation
of plans for the elimination of findings from the audits.
• Facilitate the development of corrective action and remediation plans for the identified gaps, issues,
risks, or vulnerabilities. Ensure that all committed resolutions to audit findings, risks and privacy
incidents are monitored, reviewed, resolved, and reported on timely manner.
• Develop and deliver privacy education, training, and awareness programs to employees of various
business functions.

• Work cross-functionally and represent the DPO in discussions with different stakeholders and extend
assistance to educate relevant users on how to comply to the data protection policies of the company
and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and tracks privacy breaches, privacy complaints, claims or notifications and data subject
access requests and report them to the Data Protection Officer.
• Facilitate the investigation of a privacy risk, potential or actual privacy breaches, assist in the
development and implementation of corrective action plans, research root cause and document the
entire investigation process according to policy/procedure.
• Fulfill other tasks related to the position as required
Job Requirements:
• The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options
with limited telecommuting option.
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (Philippines)
• Willingness to work on-call in the event of a privacy breach or other emergency
• Perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities
• Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Resourceful in solving problems and maximizing resources
• Highly reliable self-starter, self-driven, able to learn on own initiative
• Strong organizational/planning and project management skills
• Communicate, present, and negotiate effectively, with strong command of the English language, both
written and oral
• Excellent record of dependability and reliability
• Skilled at working with people with diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate easily with co-workers and work well independently
Job Experience and Education:
• Graduate of bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in any of the following fields: Information
Security, data protection, audit, risk and compliance.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and standards – GDPR, DPA, and/or information security
standards (e.g. ISO27001, PCI DSS, SSAE, COBIT, etc.)
