What We Are Looking For
Crisis24 is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new products and services for select clients. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless transition, clear communication, and successful go-live processes. The specialist will provide training, track key metrics, and support post-implementation requirements while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company strategies and technology enhancements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive a smooth and efficient implementation experience.
What You Will Work On
- Responsible for coordinating the on-boarding and implementation of new products and services for select Crisis24 clients and other projects as assigned.
- Liaise with the relevant Major Account Executive and Account Manager to confirm service offerings and entitlement based on each client contract.
- Work directly with the client to obtain relevant information to perform the on-boarding and sign off on any launch requirements.
- Communicate significant issues or concerns to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure each client is kept informed of progress throughout the on-boarding process and made aware of any issues/delays, promptly.
- Facilitate the go-live process of new clients to provide a seamless experience for Crisis24 and the client. The Client Implementation Specialist will also ensure any post-launch support requirements are communicated as relevant.
- Provide training to clients on how to use the system and educate them on post-Implementation process flow and communication channels.
- Maintain current knowledge of company strategies and technological/product development and participate in User Acceptance Testing of technology enhancements as needed.
- Responsible for collecting and sharing key metrics and KPIs for assigned implementations.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 to 5 years’ experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communications
- Unfailing attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent track record of delivery within agreed time frames
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
