Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Intelligence Program Manager (PM) with a strong background in global intelligence and risk management to lead multiple embedded intelligence programs. The ideal candidate has expertise in protective intelligence, threat analysis, crisis management, protocol development, and team leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Intelligence Manager, the PM will oversee Crisis24’s embedded intelligence programs, manage analysts, and may be embedded with a client. The role is ideally based in Annapolis, MD, with occasional travel to client sites.

What You Will Work On

• Leading a team of analysts to assess global security threats and their impact on operations.
• Implementing and managing intelligence programs, including recruiting and training.
• Serving as a subject matter expert, advising clients on security and intelligence strategies.
• Conducting open-source intelligence collection and producing timely, actionable reports.
• Managing major intelligence projects, delivering briefings, and consulting on risk mitigation.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality intelligence support.

What You Will Bring:

• 6+ years in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or incident response.
• Experience in 24/7 GSOC preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong research, analytic writing, and briefing skills, with the ability to train others.
• Expertise in analytic techniques, intelligence tradecraft, and customer service.
• Proven leadership in mentoring analysts and managing personnel.
• Experience overseeing analysis, providing feedback, and leading complex projects.
• Strong client management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and open-source research tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented.
