Who We Are Looking For: 
As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the Crisis24 Boca GSOC to provide unparalleled security services. This role involves managing a team to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
As the GSOC Director you will identify, track, assess, monitor, mitigate and help manage known and emerging risks to our clients. The GSOC Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, develop long-term strategies for program growth and ensure client satisfaction. The role also includes financial management, client relations, and ensuring implementation of security best practices.  

What You Will Work On: 

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled security professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence, discipline, and innovation. Promote teamwork, growth, and professional development.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop, communicate, and execute the GSOC strategic vision, aligning it with the company's global security strategy. Continuously elevate the capabilities and efficiency of the Operations Center.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operations of the GSOC, with an unwavering focus on white glove service and ensuring the highest level of readiness. 
  • Security Protocols: Establish and enforce stringent security protocols, including incident reporting and response procedures. Stay informed of the latest global security trends, integrating them into operations.
  • Technology Integration: Stay at the forefront of security technology, overseeing the integration of cutting-edge tools and software into operations. Enable proactive threat identification and response through the effective deployment of security systems. 
  • Crisis Management: Develop comprehensive crisis management plans and lead the team in handling critical incidents effectively minimizing impact to clients. Continuously refine and enhance response strategies.
  • Global Coordination: Collaborate with regional security teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination in the event of a security incident.
  • Security Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive security programs that meet or exceed industry standards. Regularly assess and enhance the effectiveness of security programs to stay ahead of evolving threats. 
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports to senior management and clients, offering insights, metrics, and recommendations to enhance security measures. Ensure transparent and effective communication channels. 

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees and industry certifications preferred (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP).
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in security operations, including a substantial track record in management roles.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and strategic planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of security best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for security management.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in the security industry. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Working or greater knowledge of commonly used intelligence platforms and resources. 
  • Broad geopolitical awareness, knowledge of global events, and cultural sensitivity. 
  • Familiarity with news reporting sources, social media channels, and other channels for real-time monitoring of current events. 
  • Ability to assimilate and effectively leverage new technologies.
