We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at Crisis24. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 3-5 years of experience who are eager to further their career in recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for high volume recruiting, therefore must source and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline, and meet tight deadlines.

 

 What You Will Work On

  • Attract, source, recruit, and deliver top talent to the business
  • Partner with hiring managers to maintain an open positions log to support hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain pre-qualified talent pools for various critical positions
  • Use recruiting strategies such as virtual meetings, on-campus fairs, and in-house awareness to cost effectively expand our talent community/candidate pool for open and/or forecasted opportunities
  • Employ best-in-class recruitment tactics such as cold-calling, internet searches, database mining, social media, and other methods to recruit the best candidates for each position
  • Efficiently track candidates via an applicant tracking system
  • Demonstrate exceptional standards of customer service and behaviour towards internal clients, external vendors, peers, staff, and candidates
  • Prepare and present job offer letters
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring mangers
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of self-sufficient recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn in particular)
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through social and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
