Who We Are Looking For
Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) department, the Intelligence Analyst III will support the analytical needs of client engagements. The analyst will work directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements and support client engagements, including the client travel risk management program.
The analyst will be based at Crisis24’s Annapolis, MD, office or remotely and work US Central business hours. The Analyst will be available to travel to client locations as needed.
What You Will Work On
In coordination with Crisis24 EIS Managers, and in accordance with appropriate guidance:
- Assist in providing and implementing Travel Security Program best practices
- Communicate and socialize the value of the Travel Security Program to the employees
- Provide client with industry compliance and duty of care best practices for their organization, including employee accountability
- Using best practices, write and mature SOPs
- Perform investigation support as requested
- Create itinerary-based threat assessments
- Submit Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (cadence is at client’ s discretion) Intelligence Briefs tailored to specific locations or topics
- Create location Threat Assessments
- Conduct Social Media monitoring
- Conduct Verbal Briefings
- Assist in the implementation of crisis management and business continuity programs
- Other intelligence or TRM priorities, as requested
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations, enterprise risk management, or a related field required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to mentor analysts in how to research and evaluate sources.
- Exceptional analytic skills and knowledge of analytic techniques.
- Demonstrated experience writing clearly, technically, and concisely in a professional setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work with little supervision.
- Knowledge of popular social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and ability to multitask.
- Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines with effective time management skills.
- Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SMEs as well as client contacts.
- Subject matter expertise in a location, security-related topic, or analytic process preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Occasional travel to client site may be required
