Who We Are Looking For

 

As the Global Security Operation (GSO) Training Coordinator, you will lead and manage the GSO training program to provide unparalleled security services. This role demands a relentless commitment to meeting industry standards and setting new benchmarks for security professionals. As the Training Coordinator, you will be establishing and maintaining all training courses and curriculums for established and new Global Security Operation Centers (GSOC) and their staff. Travel will be required 15-25% of the time.

 

 

What You Will Work On:

  • People Management 
  • Ensure all staff receive standardized GSOC training from onboarding to leadership and management skills 
  • Manage and maintain any training budgets, including training materials and professional development courses or certifications 
  • Track participation progress and report on training outcomes 
  • Evaluate participants understanding through quizzes, practical exercises, and feedback sessions 
  • Program Development 
  • Maintain curriculum for career development tracks: Analysts, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors 
  • Create bespoke training for clients of various sizes and industries 
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future training programs 
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification to participants during and after training 
  • Partner with universities and security organizations to gain accreditation to Crisis24 training programs 
  • Training Delivery 
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, handouts, and digital recourses 
  • Present training content effectively, adapting to different learning styles and participant needs 
  • Travel 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
  • Effectively communicate with many levels of leadership making sure training programs align with companywide vision and initiatives 
  • Incorporate Crisis24 services and paid subscription products inside training material   
  • Assist in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process; highlighting Crisis24 training program and accreditations and how they are applicable to future and returning clients 


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Human Resources, Education, or Skilled Through Alternative Routes  
  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role, preferably in global security or related industries 
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response strategies 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences 
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously 
  • Certification in training is a plus, but not required
