Client Services Administrator, LACSP (Latin America, Caribbean, and Spain)
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a bilingual Client Services Administrator to provide sales support to our global Client Services team. This is an in-office position based out of our Lakewood, NJ office.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. We are seeking a professional like you to support our clients’ needs by providing administrative sales support for the LACSP Client Services team. This is a customer service/sales-focused position and a fit for someone who thrives on driving sales and helping others solve problems.
- Participates in team meetings with other departments to track project statuses, hours used and remaining, and communicates any potential issues in project management to the LACSP team.
- Communicates between internal members and external customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information and resources to execute their assigned projects.
- Works closely with the team to organize and schedule meetings, as requested.
- Tracks client billing and supports invoice collection procedures, when required.
- Assists with drafting sales proposals for the LACSP team in a clear, complete, and accurate manner.
- Generates reports and statistics related to the flow of the business.
- Assists in the translation of documents from English to Portuguese and from Portuguese to English.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a related administrative support position is required.
- Previous experience supporting a sales or business development team is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be bilingual in Brazilian Portuguese, including the ability to translate written correspondence from English to Portuguese and Portuguese to English in a clear, eloquent, and professional manner.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
- Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasionally in the early morning, as needed.
Location: Lakewood, NJ (in-office)
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $46,000 - $48,000K
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
