Role Overview:
Eptura is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative individual to join our Business Applications team. Are you ready for what’s next, now? We are! The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate has advanced technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise architecture. The role will be responsible for setting the overall direction of the technical solution of a Salesforce implementation. The Salesforce Technical Architect will focus on designing and ensuring delivery of complex Salesforce projects from discovery to deployment. You are a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and have a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. excel at designing scalable Salesforce architectures and have a strategic vision for integrating CRM solutions into the broader organizational framework. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, project managers, and program managers to ensure effective architecture solutions and drive innovation within the organization and cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical architecture: Align Salesforce solutions with strategic corporate business objectives and overall enterprise architecture.
- Establish best practices: Develop company-wide best practices for Salesforce development and configuration.
- Collaborate with third-party integrators: Oversee end-to-end DevOps processes with external partners.
- Ensure optimal user experience: Monitor configuration and quality assurance aspects of features.
- Gather requirements and provide guidance: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation: Create and update solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.
- Provide technical leadership: Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with SMEs, sales teams, and other stakeholders to design optimal solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor: Advise the application development team on technical matters.
- Conduct design reviews: Maintain high standards for design uniformity and quality.
- Identify and resolve platform issues: Address and fix issues within the platform and its integrations.
- Enhance platform scalability and efficiency: Improve the platform's scalability, stability, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases: Recommend new tools and technologies as appropriate.
About you:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Integration Lead for implementations, including Salesforce and at least four integration endpoints.
- Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce, including expertise in multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Communications Cloud).
- Technical Skills: At least 10 years of experience with Salesforce.com, including customizing Salesforce using Apex classes/triggers, LWCs, Lightning, and integration technologies (SOAP or REST).
- Salesforce Architect: At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Salesforce Solutions: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (application design, architecture, and development), CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and other Salesforce Industry solutions.
- Agile Delivery: Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Active Salesforce Architect Certifications.
