Role Overview:
Are you a driven and enthusiastic sales professional looking to make a significant impact? As an Account Executive, Professional Services at Eptura, you’ll have the opportunity to sell mission-critical and transformational projects to high-value organizations. You’ll work closely with Professional Services Leaders, software Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Prospects, and Customers. Your key responsibilities will include developing a robust territory strategy, identifying customer white space, and building deep sales partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive Services sales by positioning Eptura Services as the leader in workspace solutions.
- Prospect Engagement: Identify prospects, build a strong pipeline, and conduct effective consultative meetings to assess and understand customer needs.
- Growth and Planning: Identify growth areas in existing territory relationships and drive new growth through meticulous planning.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships, selling to multiple levels of decision-makers.
- Pipeline and Forecasting: Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast effectively to senior leadership and maintain Salesforce accordingly. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of your pipeline and estimated bookings numbers.
- Stay Informed: Keep current with all Eptura product updates, pricing, and contract terms. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, translating insights into go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate: Partner with Professional Services Leaders, Account Executives, Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other stakeholders within Eptura. Work with Professional Services Leaders and Software Account Executives to ensure enterprise deals include Professional Service requirements early in their cycle.
- Engage and Maximize Value: Engage with prospects and customers to maximize the value of Professional Services in software deals. Understand reporting of whitespace on existing customer accounts and build relationships with enterprise customers.
- Reporting: Participate in sales and professional services reporting to track progress and success.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating the value of Professional Services sales across Software Sales teams, Customer Success, Support, etc. Provide feedback on market and customer sentiment to continuously enhance and improve Professional Services packages.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Application Services.
- Sales Skills: Experience managing and closing mid-market and enterprise-level sales using solution selling and value-selling techniques.
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with Software Account Executives to sell to the C-Suite.
- Negotiation: Confident and proven negotiator with strong communication skills.
- Credibility and Trust: Ability to build credibility and trust with customers to forge great relationships.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Drive to Succeed: Strong desire to win and succeed.
