Wholesale Coordinator

Fancy an opportunity to join a global brand, where you will get to work with and manage the relationship with some of our biggest wholesale customers. The UK & ROI Region at Clarks is very diverse and growing, and as part of our busy Wholesale Operations team you’ll pay a critical role to help Clarks further develop our wholesale business. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Variety’s the order of the day within our Wholesale Operations department. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the end to end process for our 3rd party wholesale customers and aim to do it brilliantly. With a keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills. You will support in the smooth running of the Wholesale Department and Sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers and key support for the wholesale team. Assisting with the general operations process you will also support the wider team ensuring deadlines are met and general admin is completed on time and in full. 

Whether you’re communicating with colleagues and stakeholders to make sure that we’re meeting our customers’ requirements or ensuring that processes are being followed accurately, your efficient, helpful manner will ensure that we’re always on top of things. 

You will provide administrative support on the collation of the preseasons data, in season reporting and ad hoc requests.

What You’ll Bring

You'll have an interest in developing a career within wholesale or fashion business. You are very eager to learn and are quick to pick things up and think outside the box to find solutions. You’re always two steps ahead and are happy to adapt to situations changing at the last minute, whilst remaining calm and focused under pressure. You have the emotional maturity to handle highly confidential information in a sensitive manner, and you’re able to build effective relationships at all levels within the business. Previous experience of providing administration support is essential for this role as is the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload. You will be able to produce high-quality work at a fast pace, maintaining the utmost attention to detail, and will be confident with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
