The Breakdown
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing efforts, ensuring our strategy delivers real impact across key European markets. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives on crafting integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. From strategy to execution, you’ll shape compelling consumer experiences across retail, digital, social, events, and more.
What You Get to Do
- Develop & execute regional marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) campaigns across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, digital, social, PR, and events
- Drive integrated campaigns through cross-functional collaboration with PR, retail, digital, and e-commerce teams
- Enhance consumer engagement across digital and offline touchpoints
- Strengthen commercial activations with key wholesale stakeholders and media partners
- Manage and mentor two direct reports fostering growth and high performance
- Optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact
- Track performance metrics and consumer insights to refine strategies
- Maintain brand consistency across all activations
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 5 - 7 years in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, apparel, sports, or lifestyle brands
- Expertise in integrated marketing (retail, digital, social, events, media, PR, influencer)
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial growth
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and agencies
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
- Excellent project management and communication skills
