Who We Are Looking For

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead inbound and outbound marketing efforts to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and bookings. You’ll own key marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, virtual events, sales meetings, and client engagements, helping expand our database and increase company revenue.

We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who can build a repeatable, predictable, and scalable lead generation engine while forecasting its impact. You should be tech-savvy, proactive in exploring new tools and strategies, and stay ahead of industry best practices. Your work will be essential to the marketing team’s success every day.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Event Success: Set goals for MQLs, SQLs, and revenue impact through events, webinars, and partner programs.
  • End-to-End Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee logistics for local, regional, and national events.
  • Optimize Tech Stack: Manage tools like On24, RingCentral, iCapture, JiffleNow, and SurveyMonkey for maximum ROI.
  • Process & Scalability: Develop repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices to streamline events.
  • Budget & ROI Focus: Plan and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and measurable impact.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use audience segmentation, testing, and analytics to refine campaign performance.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work cross-functionally and stay updated on trends, tech, and best practices.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Maintain company membership, oversee event supplies, and support team initiatives.

 

What You Will Bring

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years in demand generation, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, virtual, and in-person marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and forecast impact.
  • Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written/verbal skills with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a results-driven mindset.

 Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketo & Salesforce.
  • Experience with event & project management tools.
  • Strong event management background.
  • Skilled in demand generation strategies.
