We are looking for a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance in configuring and integrating data across Crisis24 solutions.

You will evaluate, coordinate, and manage all required integration activities for one or more Crisis 24 solutions. This includes offering technical guidance to both the implementation team and customers. Additionally, you will serve as an expert in at least one solution, understanding its integration process, available options, and their impact on the customer's use case(s) and the software solution.

What You Will Work On

• Act as the primary Integration team specialist, understanding client needs and guiding them through the implementation process post-product acquisition.
• Manage integration activities, including:
• Conduct consultative discoveries to understand customer needs and use cases.
• Configuring products according to integration requirements.
• Documenting integration processes and decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring credibility and trust throughout the integration process.
• Provide clear and timely communication with the implementation project manager to ensure smooth coordination.
• Offer real-time feedback to clients during the integration process in collaboration with the implementation project manager.
• Ensure a seamless transition post-implementation by coordinating a structured handoff to the implementation project manager.

What You Will Bring

• • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration and implementation of technical software solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in high-output, collaborative environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple integrations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
