Who We Are Looking For 

 

Reporting to the Vice President People Operations, your role is to partner with the business leaders to understand their needs and provide the best sourcing approach to bring talent that will be a great value and a fit with the organization culture. Your role is also to be an ambassador representing and promoting Crisis24 to potential talents.

 

What You Will Work On

 

  • To develop long-term recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • To nurture trusting relationships with candidates and potential hires
  • To coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and specific requirements for the open positions
  • To identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and needs of the organization
  • In collaboration with Marketing to ensure we are positioning the Brand in a strategic and consistent way
  • To develop a strong understanding of the business and the job requirements that will make you a successful recruiter bringing only the top candidates to the hiring leaders
  • To source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • To plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • To assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • To manage full cycle of onboarding (HRIS hiring, background screenings, I-9 compliance, and New Hire Orientation and Trainings)
  • To assist with annual AAP reporting
  • To ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What You Will Bring

  • Expertise sourcing candidates through social and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficient inf Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • 8 years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar
