Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing product and service solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical guidance and expertise to develop solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bulletproof sales team with pre-sales questions and accompany them to meetings as a technical resource in order to drive sales from a technical viewpoint.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of Bulletproof’s products and services, with specialized focus on Managed IT services.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.
- Design and develop solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Create technical specifications, design documents, and other technical artifacts to support the solution/service design process.
- Work with sales and delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in the development of proposals and project/service estimates.
- Conduct pre-sales Webinars to potential customers and partners.
- Conduct pre-Sales on-site visits to selected customers.
- Design, attend & deliver product and service presentations during seminars, events & tradeshows.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Bulletproof’s products and services.
- Obtain and maintain certifications from various vendors as required for professional improvement as well as vendor partnerships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:
- 5+ years hardware/software technical sales experience; experience with managed IT services considered an asset.
- 5+ years experience working within the channel structure for vendors, distributors and resellers.
- 3+ years of highly technical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and supporting Windows software.
- 3+ years experience using, administering, architecting Cloud technologies – specifically Microsoft Azure, Office 365/Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft Defender Suite.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure Dev Ops.
- 5+ years experience with sizing, architecting and deploying infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, network security, wireless and network switching platforms.
- 5+ years Experience with designing Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery solutions
- Experience with sizing and architecting solutions involving Microsoft, HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Fortinet equipment would be an asset.
- Current Microsoft certifications including AZ-305, MS-900, SC-900, & AZ-900.
- Background knowledge in IT security including concepts of security governance.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO-27001, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, would be an asset
- Project management experience would be considered an asset.

Location & Travel:
- Local, domestic and international travel (US) may be required for this position occasionally, pursuant to local travel restrictions.
