The Position:

The Marketing Communications Specialist will support corporate communications and content amplification initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders and channels. The incumbent will ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency, in compliance with Eclipse brand tone, writing guidelines and communications best practices. The incumbent will work with internal stakeholders to create and execute communications that support the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (new and existing) across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.)
  • Generate increased awareness, recognition, and demand through the development of original, error free, clear, and concise copy for website content, sales collateral, blogs, and newsletter that ensures compelling and effective communications
  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for effective campaigns
  • Define clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to evaluate campaign success
  • Responsible for writing campaign briefs and communications plans planning of company promotional and advertising communications projects such as electronic, print, and special events to execute parts of the marketing plan
  • Ability to execute a wide range of integrated campaigns - marketing emails, nurture emails, landing pages, social media post, sales emails, and other campaign content
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are managed efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media buying, analytics) and external vendors/agencies
  • Ensure the campaign content is on-brand and tailored to the target audience, including copywriting, creative assets, and landing pages
  • Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to ensure tailored messaging
  • Use data and analytics to refine audience targeting and optimize campaigns for the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and manage the campaign budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with ROI objectives
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust as needed to stay within budget while maximizing campaign impact
  • Track campaign performance in real-time across all channels and analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement, ROI) to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations based on the data to improve future campaigns
  • Communicate campaign goals, timelines, and performance to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Ensure that all campaigns align with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and identity
  • Leverage HubSpot to manage customer data, track campaign interactions, and nurture customer relationships
  • Develop campaigns that nurture existing customers and enhance their loyalty
  • Lead multiple marketing communications initiatives (internal/external) from the briefing stage to coordinating, planning and execution, including the coordination of content approvals with various stakeholders and the communications of marketing collateral
  • Assist with updating and maintaining department templates, processes, calendars, trackers, and contact lists, including providing regular reporting on projects, analytics, as required

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on external and internal communications  
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing communications programs 
  • Strong understanding of website development, content management systems, and web analytics tools 
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint and creating intranet sites for internal functions 
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in writing communications for print, web (SEO), and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) 
  • Understanding the importance of writing style, tone and firm culture to support brand positioning
