Job Title: Professional Services (PS) Sales Support Representative
Location: EMEA
Travel: Up to 1 trip per quarter
JOB PURPOSE
Sales Support Representative to enable PS Opportunity Owners to focus maximum time on selling by supporting on admin tasks and being the primary link to all other back-office functions to help ensure orders as processed compliantly but as efficiently as possible.
Proactively review opportunities and do whatever is necessary including prompting and driving other people or functions to do what they need to do to ensure we have a smooth transaction to booking orders.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support PS Opportunity Owner with preparing opportunities for booking
- Support PS Opportunity Owner with customer-impacting questions and requests
- Interface between PS, Order Fulfillment, Revenue Recognition, Ops and PS Management
- Direct requests/issues to appropriate functions
- Ownership of assigned issues through to resolution
- Support rest of PS Ops team where help is needed (bandwidth or product expertise)
- Continuously improve processes and systems to make team more effective & efficient
PROACTIVE REVIEW OF OPPORTUNITIES
- Proactive review of opportunities in PS Opportunity Dashboard running through checklist
- Track all assigned deals through to closure
- Participate in weekly & quarterly Sales team meetings
- Flag all items that need approvals and ensure approvals are sought for all items
- Verify credit limits through Accounts Receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices
- Ensure compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines and PS Policies
STATEMENT OF WORK OWNERSHIP
- Engage with Deal Managers, Legal, Delivery Directors, Opportunity Owners to assist with handling complex agreements and negotiations
- Generate SOW’s from appropriate templates incorporating Proposals created by Opportunity Owners
- Check existing terms on each transaction
- Check proactively with Order Fulfillment team for complex SOW’s or large/strategic deals to ensure no mistakes
CREATE ORDER PACKAGES FOR WON ORDERS
- Compile all documentation in an order package
- Create and submit an order package to OF team
- Ensure PO is reviewed and correct as soon as received
- Ensure CRM Oppty data is updated to reflect final booked deal
- Provide updates to PS leaders
- Archive all contract paperwork

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience - preferably in a Professional Services environment. Experience in a software company is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sales Force & Financial Force PSA is a plus
- Experience with Professional Services contracts
- Fluent language skills in English are required, German and/or French are desirable
- Needs to be customer-service oriented and understand the value of accuracy and reliability.
- Needs to work with confidence within a team environment to ensure that overall team targets are achieved.
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
