U22-022_HR Compensation Analyst
Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining a global compensation program, policy and system(s) to best achieve the organization’s objectives. The Human Resources Compensation Analyst will evaluate our remuneration packages by analyzing employees’ experience and responsibilities, by doing comparative analysis by region (and country) and industry, and by taking the company's financial performance into consideration. Develop remuneration packages for new positions created.
To be effective in this position you will establish a healthy balance between employee remuneration and the company’s financial performance. Top candidates will be meticulous, have outstanding business acumen and have sound understanding of compensation analysis.
This position will report to the Director, Human Resources - Americas
Key Responsibilities
·Analyze, build, and execute a global compensation platform
·Identify program tools needed to support the Compensation Analyst role
·Create and manage salary structure creation
·Analyze positions to ascertain scope of employee responsibilities and requirements
·Recommend salary grades based on compensation data
·Review wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure remuneration policies are competitive
·Own job description creation, maintain accuracy and ensure job descriptions are kept current
·Assist with the administration/preparation of merit review ratings. Provide feedback based upon labor market and internal equity.
·Analyze and forecast the cost of compensation programs
·Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes
·Ensure programs align with business objectives and all applicable laws and regulations
·Participate in market surveys by contributing company data – minimum of two
·Manage analysis and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions
·Identify career paths based on bands established.
·Review employee job classifications and provide plan for alignment
·Reviews and recommends compensation for new requisitions (new hires)
·Responsible for regulatory filings related to compensation

Qualifications
·Four to Six years of relevant experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
·Global experience preferred
·CCP or similar certification
·Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·ADP HRIS knowledge is a plus
