We are looking for dynamic and high-performing individuals to join our expanding business development team. A successful Sales Development representative (SDR) is a fast learner that implements feedback quickly, has exceptional communication and organizational skills and is determined to be a successful SDR are the front line of the sales process.

In this role you will be responsible for profiling, nurturing and qualifying inbound leads (events, web inquiry, trade shows, digital, social and direct marketing initiatives, etc) as well as nurturing them. You will pre-qualify the leads by engaging in conversation and as prospective clients are uncovered, schedule first calls with sales to open up opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely the field marketing team to manage inbound leads.

  • Research leads prior to engaging in order to increase conversion rates to appointments.
  • Achieve or exceed goal for setting up appointments.
  • Nurture and reengage leads with relevant information to increase their understanding of the Kofax value proposition.
  • Build strong relationship with multiple stakeholders (BDRs, sales teams, channel teams and partners) to help optimally qualify opportunities and ensure higher win rate
  • Proactively continue to learn competitive products and increase market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and publicly available information
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Kofax product, services and solutions portfolio as well as its positioning - the strengths and competitive advantages, the overall market and business drivers, the value proposition of the portfolio and the business value.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum of inbound lead B2B telesales or business development
  • Excellent communication skills & dynamic presence.
  • Positive attitude and a drive to win
  • Technically savvy (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success in “first call to opportunity” creation and progression
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • 4-year degree in sales or marketing preferred
  • Experience working in a software technology company
