How You’ll Make a Difference
You will be accountable for driving commercialization and performance for strategic imperatives, tactics and growth-led digital and business transformation both internally and within partner organizations.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of project management or business partnerships experience
- 2 years of experience managing the complete partnership process from business development through launch and ongoing management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill multiple pieces of qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful storylines, conclusions and recommendations
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate trends, client challenges, leading solutions and best practices
- Demonstrated success in influencing others, driving organizational buy-in and alignment, and facilitating change
- Passion for innovation, and the ability to influence and drive consensus with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to senior level client executives
- Strong facilitation skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating creativity and foresight in anticipating and solving complex project issues
- Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded. Attention to detail while managing competing priorities, tight time pressures and project budgets.
- Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
