Mobile UI Designer

What you will do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile UI Designer to join our team, focusing on delivering modern, innovative, user-centered designs powered by AI and other innovative technologies. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with your product manager and our VP of Software Development to create engaging, data-driven, and visually compelling mobile experiences. You will play a critical role in crafting designs iteratively, embracing a mindset of rapid experimentation and purposeful iteration, and leveraging our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
What you will bring:
•    Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Industrial or Product Design, Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a mobile design role
 
•    A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered mobile UI designs.
•    Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
•    Demonstrated experience leveraging and expanding design systems.
•    Data-driven design mindset, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisions.
•    Strong knowledge of interaction design and human-computer interaction principles.
•    Demonstrated command of modern mobile UI design principles and patterns.
•    Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Requirements:
•    Experience with React Native of Gluestack
•    Experience with AI-driven solutions is a significant plus.
•    Prior experience designing for edTech platforms or other education-related products, or familiarity with with the unique needs of learners and educators.
